The essence

In The Essence, the senses awaken. Aromas—clove, mustard, cayenne—become vehicles of memory and perception. Intuition sharpens and guides the passage toward more subtle states of consciousness.The work done in oil reflects the very particular aroma that the Indians give off. The fine artist was inspired by the mural of this painting on the hydraulic tiles of a Terrassa´s coffee shop.

To give the tonality of the skin, several layers of glazing and fading were necessary.The result is a realistic portrait of great luminosity and beauty.
